Because I am the main operator currently, every time I have another kiddo, my business goes through a change.

These are some of the ways I’ve had to shift gears as my home life grows:

– Forced me to get more CLEAR on the things that I absolutely need to do, and what can be done by another human or system.

– Forced me to STOP doing things that wasted my time. The more kids I have the less time I have to spend on things that don’t matter in my business or home.

– It’s helped me see where the holes are in my business and my household.

– I’ve had to hire an admin to help with daily tasks

– I’ve had to get more agents on board to help with clients

– I’ve had to stop hanging out with people who complain and take up unnecessary space in my brain that robs me from focusing on my business, family, and positive energies.

– It challenges me to become a better more intentional leader

– It brings me waaaay more joy and purpose into what I do every day.

– It has challenged me to create better systems so I can replace myself in areas that need more attention.

– it slows me down enough to calibrate my businesses to align with my vision.

– it sparks my creativity to think outside the box and change my perspective in business and life.

– It’s helping me become an owner instead of just an operator in my business

– I’ve had to let go of control and TRUST the process and my team.

– It reminds me that all the fear is non-existent in their little eyes, it’s actually irrelevant, and that every single little moment adds up to the big moments. Little decisions add up to the big decisions- so make them count.

With each child, business doesn’t slow – time speeds up. It brings on new challenges but, so much more joy for me. It’s held me accountable to my time, and where and how it’s spent most of all 🥰.

Don’t be afraid of it slowing your business, just embrace the change and shift with it- there’s zero time to waste! 👊🏼
